Responsible Manufacturing Plant.

A manufacturing plant that, year after year, reduces its greenhouse gas (CO2) emissions, water consumption, waste generation, and that contributes to the development of local employment - especially for people in vulnerable economic situations - and access to training for its employees. WASTE RECOVERY Waste from manufacturing is either reused, recycled or transformed into energy (waste-to-energy). In order to avoid sending waste to a landfill, materials that cannot ne reused or recycled are used as fuel in special furnaces to generate energy. Did you know ? All L'Oréal Professionnel products manufactured in Western Europe, Canada, the United States, India and China are produced in carbon neutral factories.

FSC or PEFC Certified Paper or Cardboard.

The paper or cardboard used in the product packaging comes exclusively from forests that are managed responsibly, in a way that protects biodiversity, and are independently certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) or the Program for the Endorsement of Forest certification (PEFC). Did you know ? All our packaging and instruction leaflets, without exception, come from sustainably managed and certified forests.

95% Recycled Material.

Material produced using other recycled materials. Did you know ? By 2030, L'Oréal Professionnel will ensure its plastic packaging does not contain virgin plastic. Today, Serie Expert bottles are made with at least 95%¹ recycled plastic. ¹Excluding the cap, label and pump.

Recyclable.

Components that can - where the infrastructure allows - be collected and treated by a special industrial process to give rise to a new material. Did you know ? By 2025, all of L'Oréal Professionnel's plastic packaging will reusable, recyclable or compostable. We currently include recycling instructions on our Serie Expert range to help consumers correctly recycle.
